Nepal is recognized for its gorgeous Himalayan Mountains, deep valleys, and abundantly running streams, as we all know. However, many of the region’s water sources are not only far away, but also difficult and dangerous to reach due to the steep terrain. Clean water projects may provide access to clean, safe drinking water, reducing the amount of time people spend walking to get water, and increasing the health of the communities we serve.

Similarly, we established a large water project in our village among our people, which greatly benefited our villagers. Water pipelines can now be seen in every home, and everyone has running water in their toilets and kitchens. The Chayangba water project made it all possible. It used to be a really terrible situation for all the women because they had to walk a mile to get a bucket of water and carry it home.
